Architecture & Infrastructure
A technical and sensory deep dive into the five core engines of our community: Hospitality, Housing, Wellness, Production, and Gathering.
The historic heart of the property. This 19th-century estate house serves as the central reception, fine dining venue, and boutique hotel. It provides immediate cash flow while the wider village is constructed.
"Timeless elegance meets rugged craft. The sound of a crackling hearth, the smell of old oak and beeswax, and the feeling of arriving home. It is the 'Third Place' for the entire region."
A mix of earth-sheltered "Bio-Homes" for guests and long-term "Guild Halls" for our artisans. Designed by Wonderful Structures, these units are fire-resistant, mold-proof, and passively heated.
"Hobbit-hole meets modern luxury. Curving walls, living roofs, and total silence. You feel held by the earth itself. A space designed for deep sleep and zero noise pollution."
A subterranean thermal circuit carved into the landscape. This earth-sheltered spa offers hot/cold plunge therapy, saunas, and salt caves. It is the primary "Restoration" amenity for guests.
"Ancient ritual. Steam rising from stone. The shock of 55°F water followed by the embrace of 180°F heat. A place to lose track of time completely."
The primary workshop and creative studio. This is where the Guild works, teaches, and builds. It houses the woodshop, ceramics studio, and textile looms.
"The smell of sawdust, wet clay, and fresh coffee. The sound of focused work. This is the engine of creation."
Timber framing, furniture, and finish carpentry.
Wheel throwing, glazing, and firing kilns.
Professional recording and podcast suite.
A bio-mimetic geodesic structure designed for large gatherings, weddings, and corporate summits. Its open-air design connects guests to nature while providing shelter.
"Sacred geometry. Community gathering. A space that amplifies connection and celebration. The acoustics are perfect for unamplified speech."
