The Zone System

Zone 1

The Commons (Public)

Open to day visitors. Includes "The Hearth" (Lobby/Cafe), The Farm Stand, and designated hiking trails. Requires no pass, but capacity is monitored.

Zone 2

The Guild (Ticketed)

Workshops, The Hexadome, and Event Spaces. Accessible to "Day Stewards" who purchase a pass ($250). Controlled entry.

Zone 3

The Sanctuary (Private)

Guest Cottages and The Grotto (Spa). Strictly reserved for overnight guests. No day passes. Absolute privacy maintained via landscape buffers and keycard access.
