Housing Philosophy

The Honeycomb Cluster

We arrange our Guild Halls in a hexagonal "Honeycomb" formation. This biomimetic layout maximizes shared community space in the center while directing private views outward to nature. It creates a grounded, balanced environment that works with the landscape, not against it.

The DSP Role

Direct Support Professionals act as "Personal Concierges" or friends-in-residence. They operate under strict NDA and HIPAA compliance. Their housing can be integrated near guests for on-call support or separate for downtime.

3x Guild Halls (The Honeycomb)

24 Beds • Hexagonal Cluster

Three distinct halls (8 suites each) arranged in a hexagonal pattern. Maximizes connection and privacy.
Phase 2 Expansion: 3 additional hexagonal halls for local affordable housing stock.

Family Cottages

Private residences for staff with children, partners, or specific space needs. Allocated based on family size and availability.

Ag-Outpost

Seasonal • 6 Beds

Short-term housing for seasonal farm apprentices and summer support crew.
