Short-Term Revenue

  • Standard Units: 30x Wonderful Structures (1-2 Bed Cabins/Domes). Target: Couples/Digital Nomads.
  • Grand Units: 5x "Grand Residences" (4-Bedroom). Target: Families, Groups, Executive Retreats.
  • Strategy: Increased inventory to support payroll. Showcases the "Village Life" at a premium without the "cramped suite" feeling.

Zone B: The Guild Halls

Workforce Co-Housing (Mid-Term)

  • Structure: 8-Bedroom "Guild Hall" (Two 4-Bed Wings + Common Great Room).
  • Quantity: 3 Buildings (24 Beds).
  • Target: Singles, Apprentices, Seasonal Staff.
  • Strategy: High density, community building. Can flex to "Retreat Housing" if needed.

Zone C: The Family Enclave

Workforce Single Family (Long-Term)

  • Structure: 3-4 Bedroom Standalone "Estate Homes".
  • Quantity: 5 Buildings.
  • Target: Executives, Managers, Heads of Dept with families.
  • Strategy: Retention for senior talent. A real home, not a dorm.

The Staff Cottages

Workforce Duplex (Long-Term)

  • Structure: 2-Bedroom Duplexes or Small Homes.
  • Quantity: 12 Buildings (24 Beds).
  • Target: Couples, Senior Staff without kids.
  • Strategy: Privacy for long-term retention.

The full village is a multi-year build-out. We do not build all 60 units in Phase 1. We scale housing alongside revenue.

Phase 1: Activation (Seed)

  • Goal: House the "Pioneer Team" (10-12 Staff).

    • 2x Family Homes (Key Execs) - $500k
    • Renovated Manor (Temp Staff Housing)
  • Est. Cost: ~$850k (Included in Seed Raise)

Phase 2: Grand Opening

  • Goal: House the Full Labor Stack (70 Staff).
  • Builds:
    • 2x Additional Guild Halls - $700k
    • 3x Additional Family Homes - $750k
    • 12x Staff Cottages - $1.4M
